Do I have to rent tables and chairs or do you provide them?
Yes, tables and chairs need to be arranged. Whether you make the arrangements for them yourself or through Trolley’s Catering.
Does Trolley Catering provide linen, china, silverware and glassware?
Linen, china and all glassware are provided, depending upon the menu style you choose, such as a full sit down dinner.
Do you offer taste tests?
Taste tests are offered to clients who have already booked with Trolley’s Catering and have a deposit on file.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted for final payment, provided they are received at least fourteen business days prior to an event.
When is my final payment due?
Your estimated bill payment is due fourteen business days prior to your event, and is based upon your estimated guest count. Any additions will be billed after the function.
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your requested event date.
What if I have to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?
Events may be canceled, but you will lose your deposite. You may however apply your deposite towards a new date and time in the future.
Is my deposit applied to my final bill?
Yes, your deposit is deducted from your final bill.
